Responsibilities

The Tele Caller will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. She will follow up on leads, convert them into successful sales, and assist customers with product selection and support. The role also includes preparing daily sales reports, updating customer data, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure smooth and timely order processing.
